A really informative book which changes your perspective
-
the key difference between thinking and thought
- Where thought is completely natural, and comes from the infinite intelligence you are bound to
- While thinking on the other hand, is when you start thinking on the thought, you reach a state where you start doubting your thought, and feel a wave of pain and sorrow. Hence it is the root cause of all your sufferings.
- While thought is purely happiness and joy which gives you inspiration to do something
- When you think about the thought you start losing the inspiration and giving up
-
The way to end the pain and sufferings in life?
- Stop thinking.
- Remember the day when you were the most happy or enjoying the life, what were you thinking that time? Nothing, your mind was free in the moment.
- Being happy is our natural state of mind, and we let go the state when we start thinking and imagine all the possibilities on why it wont work, and end up changing our state of mind to pain, sorrow and self-doubt.
- The best way to stay happy is to stop thinking when we realise we are thinking, and get back to work.
-
When you are in the state of flow or non-thinking, you mind is in the moment, and you are in the happy state, as you are doing what you love and you are 100% in it.
-
Follow your intuitions, dont ask for others suggestion or opinion on what you are or you should be thinking.
- The gut feeling is always right, as it is the infinite intelligence or God trying to communicate with you, and it guides you to the right path.
- When you take in opinions/thinking of others your state of mind changes to theirs and you start doubting yourself.
